Les Eisner Awards dévoilent leur liste de nommés pour l'édition 2016

Chaque année aux Etats-Unis, le monde du cinéma se récompense avec les Oscars, celui de la télévision avec les Emmy, et celui de la bande-dessinée avec les Eisner Awards. Récompensant les meilleurs artistes et séries de l'industrie des comics, les nominations 2016 sont tombées et le moins que l'on puisse dire, c'est qu'elles saluent déjà la diversité.

À l'honneur, de nombreux artistes et éditeurs américains ou internationaux - dont un record de 49 nominations pour des femmes (qu'est-ce que vous en dites Angoulême ?) - mais également d'excellentes séries, indépendantes ou (un peu) plus mainstream et pour tous les âges. Des noms (dont les français Riad Sattouf et Arthur de Pins, cocorico!) et des séries impressionnantes, qui prouvent, s'il le fallait encore, la puissance d'Image Comics ainsi que celle de Fantagraphics sur le novel, et surtout l'incroyable richesse du marché américain, qui donnerait presque pâle figure à la remise de prix que l'on peut voir du côté d'Angoulême. Les résultats seront annoncés à la Comic Con de San Diego, le 22 juillet prochain.
